HOW does TRAVEL PLANNING WORK?

DESTINATION: Please, choose your destination from the Destination List (click here).
ONLINE: via mobile, WhatsApp/Skype, and email.
CONSULTATION: we discuss your travel wishes and needs. These include e.g. purpose of travel, duration, number of people, interests, food preferences, budget, etc.
The consultation takes max. 60 minutes.
TRAVEL PLANNING: I prepare your personalized and unique plan based on our consultation. You have nothing else to do just enjoy your trip!

WHAT WILL YOU GET?

PERSONALIZED GUIDEBOOK

Daily Itinerary with all the sights, activities, programs, experiences, dining possibilities, etc.: short descriptions with the main information+links, interesting facts, best recommendations;
Routes, map details;
Booking links: transport (flight, train, bus, taxi, etc.) and accommodation. The booking is made directly by my clients. This is not just transparent, but also necessary when, for instance, some change is needed in the booking.
Help with the bookings before traveling.

All my clients receive a consultation invoice.

Best accommodation and transportation deals: Price-value attitude is always ON.
No hidden fees.
GROUPS: Larger groups require more planning = there is an additional rate per person for groups larger than 4.
DISCOUNTS: If you book for more than 4 days, you get a 10% discount on the total price. More than 10 days booking = 20% discount.
DOWN PAYMENT: After ordering my services and discussing your Travel Preferences, I will ask you for a 40% down payment before I start working on your Personalized Travel Plan.
